We have a 14-day return policy if applicable, which means you have 14days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, same condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note a 15% restocking fee will apply and the buyer is responsible cover all shipping and insurance fees and we do not credit shipping fees. We don not credit PayPal/credit card fees.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an unpaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and personalized items. We do not accept any return or exchange on all coins and precious metal-based products, due to price fluctuations and volatility of the precious metal market.
We will accept your cancellation request if your order has not already been shipped. Please contact us with your order information at email@example.com and we will cancel the transaction. Any fees such as shipping and handling fees, currency conversion fees or transaction fees etc., will be your responsibility to pay and will be deducted from the amount you have paid. If your order has already been shipped, it will be subject to our regular return policy.
Pre-order items are not accepted for cancellation.
If your order will be refundable (please read the "Exceptions/Non- returnable items" above thoroughly and carefully), we will issue an unpaid return shipping label. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refundable amount (minus restocking fee and all other fees indicated above) will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
