Is your store only online or do you have a physical location as well?

We are only operating as an online store and do not have any physical location at all.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What is your shipping policy?

Can I combine two or more orders in a single package?

Yes, it is possible to combine two or more orders into a single package at no extra charge! If you place orders which are all "In Stock" items, we will combine them into one single package and ship them to you. You will recieve one single tracking numbers for all orders that are combined. Please be aware that it is not possible to add more items to an existing order in order to qualify for free shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

All accepted payment methods will be shown at the checkout. We accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club) Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac payment.

How can I redeem my points?

How can I create an account?

Simply click on the "Create an Account" and follow the process. Once your account is opened and verified, you can place your order and earn Parthava Points. Cheers!

What are Parthava Points?

We are eager to thank you when you buy from us and Parthava Points are a way to appreciate your business. When you create an account, you will become part of our Parthava Point Program. The program is our way of saying thank you to our amazing collectibles community!

How does it work?

You can earn Parthava Points for doing things you already do, like creating an account, placing orders, referral and following us on Instagram. You can then redeem them for Rewards. For more information refer to our Rewards program.

Do Parthava Points expire?

NO! We do not want to pressure you to use them with having expiry date. Feel free to use them at anytime on your future purchases.

How do I check my Parthava Points balance?

Simply log into your account and click on the gold Rewards launcher at the bottom right of you screen. You can review your points balance and options to redeem.

I placed an order but did not receive Parthava Points, Why?

In order to collect Parthava Points, you have to create an account with us. Points are earned once the payment has been accepted. If you placed your order using the Guest Checkout, you will not be able to earn points. However, contact us and we will help you to create your account first, and then manually adjust your points for that order.
