When a customer orders a product through a pre-order system, they should be aware of any terms and conditions associated with the order, such as cancellation and refund policy, terms of delivery, etc. Additionally, customers should be aware of any potential delays in the release or delivery of the product.

  • We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will be applied and added at checkout accordingly.

We ship our orders from our warehouse in British Columbia, Canada. We offer worldwide shipping and use a variety of carriers depending on the location of the order. We also offer expedited shipping options for orders that need to be delivered quickly.

Yes, it is possible to combine two or more orders into a single package at no extra charge! If you place orders which are all "In Stock" items, we will combine them into one single package and ship them to you. You will recieve one single tracking numbers for all orders that are combined. Please be aware that it is not possible to add more items to an existing order in order to qualify for free shipping.

PAYMENT

  • All accepted payment methods will be shown at the checkout. We accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club) Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac payment.
  • You can redeem your Parthava Points at the checkout. The dollar amount of your points will be applied as part of your payment when you decide to redeem it.

ACCOUNT

  • No. You do not have to create an account with us in order to place an order. However, when you create an account, you will be able to view and check your order history, track your order, save your information for fast checkout and most importantly, collect Parthava Points which you can redeem toward your next purchases.

Simply log into your accout and click on the gold Rewards launcher at the bottom right of you screen. You can review your points balance and options to redeem.

In order to collect Parthava Points, you have to create an account with us. Points are earned once the payment has been accepted. If you placed your order using the Guest Checkout, you will not be able to earn points. However, contact us and we will help you to create your account first, and then manually adjust your points for that order.
