Shipping policy

  • We are located in Canada. Please note: International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes, documents, forms, and custom clearances levied by your country or other overseas authorities once your order reaches your country. These charges are not included in the price and are not the responsibility of Parthava Coin. You should contact your local customs office for further information on applicable duties, taxes, requirements, restrictions and fees.
  • We ship all orders via UPS or a reputable courier and orders are all insured and trackable.

Shipping rates 

  • We ship all around the world. However, shipping restrictions may apply to some countries. 
  • Delivery to any destination in Canada will be free if your total purchase in the cart is over $750 CAD. Otherwise the shipping rate will be flat, starting from $21.99 CAD depending on your total purchase and the shipping method you will choose at the checkout. 
  • Delivery to the US will be free if your total purchase in the cart is over $1000 USD. Otherwise the shipping rate will be flat, starting from $17.99 USD depending on your total purchase and the shipping method you will choose at the checkout.
  • International delivery will be $59.99 if your total purchase in the cart is over $1500 USD. Otherwise the shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout. With the tools we have in our hands, our international shipping rates are very competitive and the discounted rates will be applied as much as possible.
  • These rates will be updated time to time without any notice. Please check back regularly to get the latest updates.

Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 Business Days.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Delivery times will be calculated by the system at the checkout based on your location and delivery method you will choose.
  • Delivery times might be affected by special events such as Holiday Seasons or during peak periods. Any delay by the courier is beyond our control and it is not our responsibility, and PARTHAVA COIN is not liable for any delay by the courier. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

  • You will be able to track your order using the tracking link/number that will be sent to your email after we process and ship out your order. When the order shows delivered by the courier, either the shipment is delivered at the customers' listed shipping address or signed by the customer; it will be considered fully delivered and Insurance will deny any claim for non-receipt. 

Shipping Pre-order items: 

  • Pre-order items are products that have been recently announced by suppliers (Mints or Dealers), and we don't have them in stock, yet we offer them as pre-order to guarantee the locked price and make them available to our customers. Availability of these products usually take from weeks to a few months depending on many factors. The availability that displays on the product page is only an Estimated Availability Date provided by Suppliers expected to be delivered to us. That delivery date might be affected by many factors beyond our control. Therefore, Parthava Coin will not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience of the pre-order items. As soon as we get the items in our warehouse, they will be shipped as in-stock items based on our Shipping Policy. We reserve our right to cancel any or all pre-orders subject to availability and allocations as set by the Suppliers. If we cancel the pre-order in case of the unavailability beyond our control, we will refund the payment in full. 
  • Pre-order items will be available on a designated schedule and if you are buying pre-order items with in-stock items at the same time, to ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend making two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.

Lost Packages

  • Your package is guaranteed by PARTHAVA COIN. In case of loss of your package, we will try our best to locate and recover it. If your package is not recovered, we will send a replacement items (subject to availability). If the lost items are no longer available, PARTHAVA COIN will issue a coupon of the same amount of the order. You can use your coupon toward your future purchases. Shop with assurance and serenity!
  • Please note: Many carriers provide delivery-change options directly to receivers, including but not limited to: changing the delivery address, redirecting the package, rescheduling or selecting a new delivery date, requesting a hold at a carrier facility or third-party pickup location, or making any other modifications while the package is in transit. If the customer or recipient uses any of these carrier-provided options after the order has shipped, or requests that PARTHAVA COIN make any changes or modifications to the shipment while it is in transit, and the package becomes lost, delayed, misdelivered, or otherwise fails to arrive as a result of such modifications, PARTHAVA COIN bears no responsibility whatsoever. All such changes are made at the sole discretion and risk of the customer/recipient, and full responsibility for the package transfers to the customer/recipient once these modifications are submitted to the carrier or requested from PARTHAVA COIN.
