The fourth release in the Royal Canadian Mint’s Multidimensional Allegory series brings two enduring ideals together for the first time: PAX and LIBERTAS—Peace and Freedom.

Inspired by the allegorical figures that stand atop Canada’s National War Memorial, this remarkable 2026 collectible reimagines their symbolism through an intricate, multidimensional construction. The release marks the 100th anniversary of the 1926 selection of Vernon March’s winning design concept for the National War Memorial.

At the center, the allegorical figures are cast in 99.99% pure silver and enhanced with elegant yellow gold plating, creating a brilliant contrast against the substantial antiqued silver outer ring. The surrounding design incorporates meaningful Canadian and commemorative imagery, including poppies, laurel, and maple leaves, each contributing to the themes of remembrance, sacrifice, peace, and freedom.

The coin combines a 104.63 g pure silver outer ring with a 37.68 g pure silver cast centerpiece, resulting in a substantial multidimensional work that goes far beyond a conventional coin format.
