Experience the breathtaking artistry of one of Britain's most celebrated architectural treasures with the Westminster Abbey North Rose Window 3 oz Silver Coin, an extraordinary collectible that brings the magnificence of medieval stained glass to life through innovative numismatic craftsmanship.

As the second release in an exclusive series offered by the Royal Canadian Mint, this remarkable coin pays tribute to the magnificent North Rose Window of Westminster Abbey, one of the finest surviving examples of English Gothic stained-glass artistry.

Originally created in the 13th century, the North Rose Window is renowned for its intricate stone tracery, harmonious geometric patterns, and radiant stained-glass composition. Carefully preserved and restored throughout the centuries, this architectural masterpiece represents divine light, faith, and the enduring spiritual heritage of Westminster Abbey.

Struck in 3 oz of 99.9% pure silver, this exceptional coin introduces an innovative, world-first design approach that recreates the experience of viewing a historic stained-glass window from both inside and outside the Abbey.

The reverse features the exterior architectural details of the North Rose Window, with intricately sculpted relief capturing the surrounding stonework and Gothic tracery. On the obverse, the interior perspective reveals a different arrangement of architectural elements, creating a striking contrast between the two sides.

At the heart of the design lies a remarkable transparent acrylic glass insert, printed on both sides to reproduce the vibrant beauty of the original stained-glass window. This innovative feature allows light to pass through the central composition, creating a lifelike effect reminiscent of standing before the magnificent window itself.

The combination of detailed silver relief, transparent materials, and precisely printed stained-glass imagery transforms this collectible into a miniature architectural masterpiece. Every element celebrates the remarkable craftsmanship and timeless beauty of Gothic design.

Issued by Ascension Island and manufactured in Germany by Modern Numismatics International, a Netherlands-based company, this coin combines European numismatic expertise with innovative production techniques to honour one of Britain's most treasured historical landmarks.

A remarkable addition to collections celebrating architectural wonders, historical monuments, and innovative precious metal craftsmanship, the Westminster Abbey North Rose Window offers a distinctive tribute to centuries of artistic and spiritual heritage.
